Thank you for supporting the Sudarshan Sanchari Foundation by purchasing our merchandise. Every order directly funds our mission to provide quality education to rural children. This policy outlines our process for shipping and handling your orders.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. We are a small team dedicated to our charitable work, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Method: We currently offer standard shipping for all orders across India.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and potential delays from our courier partners.
Please note: We currently only ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [Your Foundation’s Email Address] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. The Sudarshan Sanchari Foundation is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
6. Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging your order. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
