This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for both donations made to and products purchased from the Sudarshan Sanchari Foundation.
1. Donations
As a non-profit organization, we are deeply grateful for your contribution to our cause. We are committed to ensuring every donation is used effectively to fund our educational and community projects.
No Cancellation or Refund for Donations: Once a donation is made through our online payment gateway, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. We process these funds to support our ongoing projects immediately. We kindly request that you be certain before you make a donation.
Erroneous Donations: In the rare case of an erroneous donation (e.g., you accidentally entered the wrong amount or made a duplicate transaction), please contact us within 24 hours at [Your Foundation’s Email Address] with the transaction details. We will review the request on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund if a genuine error is confirmed by our payment gateway provider. Any processing fees charged by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Product Purchases
We want you to be happy with the merchandise you purchase to support our mission.
Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping. If the cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns and Exchanges:
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. We are a small non-profit, and managing returns significantly impacts our limited resources. We kindly ask that you review the product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item. We will assess the issue and, if approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
3. Process for Approved Refunds (for Products)
If a refund for a product purchase is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
